Terms of service

By using AIVideoSnap you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18.

Credits and payments

Credits are bought in one-time packs and don't expire. Each tool uses the number of credits shown on it. Credits are only used when a job succeeds; failed jobs are refunded to your balance automatically. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record.

What you upload

You keep the rights to your photos and results. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload. Don't upload anything illegal, explicit, or showing children, and don't use AIVideoSnap to impersonate or harm real people. We may refuse requests and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Results

Results are produced automatically and may not always be perfect. The service is provided as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above when we do.
