What if a video or photo doesn't work?: You're only charged when you get a result. If a job fails or our safety check stops it, the credits go straight back to your balance.
How do I pay?: Checkout is handled securely by AilePay. Prices are shown in US dollars, and you pay the Nepali rupee amount shown under each pack.
When do my credits arrive?: As soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. Your balance is always shown at the top of the page.
